Lilly Freeman began their work experience as a Reward Support Executive at Appreciate Business Services in May 2019. Lilly then transitioned into the role of Client Engagement Executive in October 2019, where they stayed until September 2021. From September 2021 to December 2022, Lilly worked as an Account Manager EMEA at Student Beans. Currently, they hold the position of EMEA Senior Account Manager at GameDay, starting in January 2023.

Lilly Freeman began their education in 2008 at The Grammar School at Leeds, where they completed their GCSEs. Lilly then attended the same school from 2013 to 2015 to pursue their A Levels in Spanish, English Literature, and Chemistry. After completing their A Levels, they enrolled at the University of Liverpool in 2015 and continued their studies until 2019. During their time at the university, Lilly focused on English and Modern Foreign Languages but did not specify a particular degree.
