Rob Gutierrez has held various roles throughout their career. Rob is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of GameDriver, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to GameDriver, they worked at Tricentis as a Solutions Architect Team Lead from October 2019 to April 2020, and as a Solution Architect from October 2018 to October 2019. Before that, they served as a Solution Marketing Lead at Micro Focus from June 2017 to July 2018. Rob also worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a DevOps Business Consultant from November 2016 to June 2017, and as a Solution Architect from May 2012 to October 2016.

Earlier in their career, Gutierrez held various positions at BC Public Service, including Solutions Architect from February 2011 to May 2012, Technical Architect from August 2009 to January 2011, and Senior Systems Analyst from January 2008 to August 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Supervisor at Royal and MacPherson Theatre Society from 2001 to 2009, and as a Programmer/Web Developer at Queen's Printer from September 2006 to January 2008. Gutierrez started their career as a Software Engineer at EarthLink in 2005.

Rob Gutierrez completed their education at the University of Victoria from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Certificate of Business Administration. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Camosun College and received a Diploma of Technology in Computer Systems. In addition to their formal education, Rob has also obtained several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in August 2015, v3 Foundations from ITIL Certified in December 2011, and CISSP from (ISC)² in May 2010.
