Kai Koopmann

Kai Koopmann is currently the Head of Risk Management at Gameforge, where they lead a team of fraud analysts and implement fraud detection strategies. Previously, they held various roles at Gameforge, including Team Lead Community Management, where they optimized team performance and created processes for the Community Management department. Kai began their career at Gameforge as a working student in Payment Support, assisting customers with payment-related issues. They obtained a degree in Chemistry from Universität Karlsruhe (TH) and studied Geography at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg.
