Morten Byskov

Morten Byskov has a diverse work experience with a focus on product management and business development. Morten is currently a co-founder of GamerPay, a marketplace for CS:GO skins. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Owner at SumUp, where they managed the mobile initiatives of the Invoices SDK and played a key role in launching Invoices in multiple countries. Morten also worked as a Product Lead & Partner at Swipty, where they created the company's brand, designed app prototypes, and improved the app's success rate. Additionally, Morten has experience as a Product Manager at AIMO, where they managed marketing activities and events, and as a Strategic Development Manager at Me & Alice, where they focused on business development and streamlining processes. Morten also co-founded Kontii, a SAAS platform, and worked as a Project Broker and Shipbroker at Maersk Broker Copenhagen, where they signed contracts, conducted market research, and built relationships with shipowners and charterers. Morten's early career experience includes working as a Marketing Assistant at the Danish Shipowners Association.

Morten Byskov's education history is as follows:

In 2003, they attended Sct. Knuds Gymnasium and obtained a Linguistic High School Certificate with a focus on English, French, and German.

From 2009 to 2011, they pursued an AP degree in Marketing Management at Copenhagen Business Academy.

In 2010, they enrolled at the University of Hertfordshire and earned a BA (Hons) degree in Economics, which they completed in 2011.

Morten then attended Lloyd's Maritime Academy from 2011 to 2013, studying Maritime Studies.

In 2017, Morten participated in a program on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Y Combinator.

Morten also obtained a certification in Squarespace Circle from Squarespace in December 2017.

Most recently, in 2021, Morten was an alumni of Y Combinator's YC S21 program.
