Peter Cauley

Peter Cauley has held multiple CFO positions throughout their career. Peter started as CFO at DataMirror Corporation in 1996, a publicly-traded company that was later sold to IBM. Peter then worked as CFO and COO at BorderWare Technologies from 2009 to 2009, helping the company sell its assets to WatchGuard Technologies Inc. Peter also served as VP Finance at Solarsoft Business Systems from 2010 to 2013. Peter was CFO at Nightingale Informatix from 2013 to 2014 and CFO at Dapasoft from 2015 to 2016. Peter joined HubHead as CFO in 2016 and Coconut Software as CFO from 2018 to 2019. Peter then became CFO at Edsby in 2017 and later took on the same role at Starport Managed Services Inc. and GameSheet Inc. in 2020.

Peter Cauley received a BA in Financial Studies from Western University from 1978 to 1981. Prior to that, they earned a DEC in Commerce from CEGEP - John Abbott College from 1976 to 1978. Peter also attended Vaudreuil Catholic High School, although no degree or field of study information is available. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in December 1985.
