Polyna Koutser

Polyna Koutser is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and process engineering within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior QA Associate at Gamida Cell Ltd. since July 2021, Polyna specializes in cell therapy and aseptic manufacturing. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Perrigo Company plc, where responsibilities encompassed product scale-up and validation, along with quality assurance investigations and process improvements. Additional positions include Project Coordinator and Informal Science Educator at Beit Yatziv and Carasso Science Park, Hazardous Materials Officer at the IDF Home Front Command, and Assistant to the Production Process Engineer at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
