Anna Timenko

Anna Timenko has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Anna started their career as an IT Recruiter at Capital Recruiters in 2016 and then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at BINTIME, where they built HR and recruitment processes from scratch and implemented a Recruitment ATS. Anna also handled staff vacations and sick leaves, developed training plans, and organized special projects and events.

After that, Anna worked as an IT Recruiter at Lucky Labs and then joined KIT CODE as a Senior IT Recruiter. In these roles, they built recruitment processes, created hiring strategies, conducted interviews, and worked closely with the HR team.

Anna then gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at an NDA product company, where they provided recruitment services. Currently, they are a Head of Recruitment at Gamingtec. In this role, they manage the full cycle recruitment processes for multiple offices, leads a recruitment team, implements HR and ATS systems, develops and updates HR and recruitment procedures, and collaborates with other departments for budgeting and employment matters.

Anna Timenko earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in 2018. Anna then went on to complete a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the same university from 2018 to 2020.
