Tom Wanat started their work experience as an Intern Engineer at ML-KS Bearings in 1994. Tom then worked as an Application Engineer at Ogden Manufacturing from October 1995 to January 1999. Finally, they joined Gamma Technologies, Inc in February 1999 as a Staff Engineer, where they currently hold the role.

Tom Wanat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University from 1993 to 1995.
