Andrew Workman

Andrew Workman is a Software Engineering Squad Lead at Gamma since January 2024, managing a team of software developers and focusing on cloud-based telephony solutions utilizing technologies such as SIP, WebRTC, and VOIP. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Senior Software Engineer at Mission Labs from May 2019 to December 2023, contributing to the SmartAgent contact center solution and delivering projects for FTSE-listed companies and the public sector using AWS services. Andrew began a career in software development with a Trainee Full Stack Developer position at Northcoders in early 2019, following an extensive bootcamp in modern JavaScript technologies. From February 2005 to December 2018, Andrew was the Director of Operations at Bright Book Supplies Limited, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, developing strategy, and overseeing a team of 20 staff members.
