Danny Jacobs

Danny Jacobs is a seasoned telecoms professional with extensive experience in operational efficiency, technical support, and account management. Since joining Gamma in July 2012, Danny has served as Head of Operational Efficiency, leading initiatives such as the introduction of RPA (Automation Anywhere) in 2020, and previously held roles including Head of Channel Support and Channel Support Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Chess Telecom as Corporate Sales Account Manager, and at IP Solutions UK Ltd as Regional Account Manager, as well as managerial roles in network and telecoms at Liquid Business Services and Kurt Geiger, where responsibilities spanned across system support and project management. Danny's career began at Chelsea Football Club as Stock Controller.
