David Allan has extensive experience in legal counsel roles, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Gamma since February 2020 and Director at GlenWyvis Distillery since July 2021. Prior to these positions, David worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Maintel from January 2016 to February 2020 and as a Consultant for self-employed projects from May 2015 to January 2016, providing legal services to companies in the Cayman Islands, Cyprus, and the Netherlands. From February 2010 to May 2015, David was involved as a Fund Administrator and In-house Legal Advisor at Schindlers (UK) Ltd, managing legal affairs and compliance for Cayman Islands-based private equity funds. David Allan holds an LLB in Law from Durham University and has completed a Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University.
