Gerry Paton possesses extensive experience in sales and account management, primarily within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently, Gerry is focused on retirement and improving a golf handicap at East Kilbride Golf Club since January 2019. Prior roles include Territory Account Manager for Avaya from December 2009 to January 2019, responsible for revenue growth in the Scottish Mid-Market sector, and Channel Account Manager, working to enhance market share with Avaya's largest EMEA partner. Additional experience includes Direct Touch Sales at Nortel for the government sector, Sales Specialist at THUS Plc, and IP Solution Sales at BT, primarily within the government sector, as well as a long tenure at Cable & Wireless in IP and convergence sales. Gerry completed education at Hunter High School in East Kilbride from 1981 to 1986.
