Jonathan Butcher

Jonathan Butcher has extensive experience in service delivery and management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Service Advocate at Gamma since June 2018, Jonathan previously held the position of Service Delivery Manager at Cisilion from September 2015 to June 2018, and at Azzurri Communications from April 2004 to August 2015, where responsibilities included ensuring smooth network operations and adherence to SLAs for corporate clients. Earlier in Jonathan's career, a role as Service Manager for Multinational Accounts at Worldcom involved maintaining customer satisfaction for key European corporate customers. Jonathan holds a BA Hons in English and Political Theory from the University of Leicester.
