Kenneth MacMillan is an experienced operations and service management professional with a strong background in the telecommunications and utilities sectors. Currently serving as the Service Assurance Operations Manager at Gamma since April 2021, Kenneth previously held key positions at Vodafone, including Head of Fixed Line Service Operations, where responsibilities included managing a customer service function of 300 personnel and significantly improving the touchpoint net promoter score. Kenneth also led strategic service delivery initiatives and managed service operations for both private and public sector customers at Vodafone, Cable & Wireless, and Thus PLC. An educational foundation in Chemical and Process Engineering was established at Heriot-Watt University and further developed at the University of East Anglia.
