Luke Evans has a diverse range of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Luke started their career at Fourteen IP Communications Ltd in 2014 as a Voice Engineer, where they gained expertise in Broadsoft/Broadworks technical configuration, fault finding, and group setup. Luke also provided training on the Broadsoft platform and had knowledge of SIP troubleshooting techniques.
In 2017, Luke joined Gamma as a Hosted Voice Engineer, where they supported Gamma's Cisco Broadsoft-based hosted voice infrastructure. Luke'sresponsibilities included operational support, CPE configuration management, faulting, provisioning, and hardware/software upgrades.
Luke then progressed to the role of UC Platform Engineer at Gamma, where they were responsible for leading a team of 6 UCaaS Platform Engineers and providing 3rd line support. Luke also supported the team with project work, managed the UCaaS Operations Trouble Ticket Queue, and improved processes documentation for efficiency and productivity.

Luke Evans attended St. Marys High School from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they completed high school/secondary certificate programs. In 2014 and 2015, Luke attended Arch Apprenticeship, where they obtained a diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In November 2016, Luke also obtained certifications in MTA: Networking Fundamentals and MTA: Security Fundamentals from Microsoft.
