Mike Smith

Mike Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical solution design and account management. Since July 2006, Mike has served as the Lead Solutions Architect for CCaaS and Inbound at Gamma, where responsibilities include designing innovative technical solutions and supporting Direct Sales teams in identifying and scoping new opportunities. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Verizon in various positions from 2000 to 2005, including Service Account Manager and Telephone Account Manager, where account management and technical support were key responsibilities. Mike's career began at Alpha Telecom as a Customer Care Supervisor, along with a foundational role at Cable & Wireless Communications in customer service.
