Nathan Baker

Nathan Baker is currently the Head of Finance for the Business Partnering Function at Gamma since February 2025. Prior to this role, Nathan held multiple positions at Dyson from February 2021 to January 2025, including Head of Finance for Ecommerce and Global Direct to Consumer, focusing on business partnering with the Global Vice President. Nathan's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Finance Manager at Dyson, managing B2B performance for Dyson Professional, and various investment analyst roles at B&Q from January 2011 to June 2015, where project budgeting and investment analyses were key responsibilities. Nathan began a career in finance at PwC as a Senior Associate in Audit and Assurance and also has teaching experience as a Mathematics Teacher at Stoke Park School. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Postgraduate Degree in PGCE Secondary Education from the University of Warwick.
