Shouvik Basu

Shouvik Basu is a seasoned professional in voice technology with significant experience in VoIP solutions and network design. Currently serving as Core Voice Tech Lead at Gamma since January 2021, Shouvik specializes in designing VoIP solutions for Microsoft Teams, including Operator Connect and Direct Routing, among other integrations. Previous roles include Senior Core Voice Design Engineer and Core Voice Design Engineer at Novosco, where responsibilities involved the design and deployment of Microsoft Teams functionalities. Shouvik's career also includes positions at Gamma as Core Network Design Engineer and BT as Test Analyst in IP Exchange. Competencies include mobile number portability implementation during tenure at Tech Mahindra. Shouvik holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and a B.Sc in Statistics from the University of Calcutta.
