Steve Kightley possesses extensive experience in sales and management within the telecommunications sector. Currently, at Gamma since May 2016, Steve has held various leadership roles, including Head of Customer Advocates Public Sector and Sector Head - Commercial. Prior to Gamma, Steve was the Head of Mobile Sales at Elitetele.com plc and held multiple key positions at Truphone and Vodafone over a span of 16 years, including Sector Head and Regional Sales Manager. Notable achievements include managing the Production, Engineering, and Construction sector, as well as the IT and Media sector at Vodafone. Steve holds a B.A. Hons in English Literature from Cardiff University.
