Joann Low is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources at GAMUDA since September 2025, Joann has previously held multiple senior HR roles at Maxis from August 2014 to October 2025, including Head of HRBP and Employee Experience, where responsibilities encompassed HR consulting, talent management, and aligning HR agendas with business objectives. Joann's earlier positions include Group Talent Resourcing at AirAsia and Senior Regional Consultant at HRnet Performance Consulting, where strategic talent acquisition and resource management were key focuses. Joann began the HR career at DPO International, overseeing HR functions across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include a degree in Commerce with a major in Finance and Accounting from Murdoch University.
