Caleb Blake

Caleb Blake has extensive work experience at Gander Group. Caleb started working at Gander Group in 2010 as a Sales Executive and eventually became Vice President of Sales in July 2014. In November 2017, they were promoted to Executive VP of Business Development and played a pivotal role in growing the company from a family-owned start-up to an Inc. 5000 company. During their tenure, they successfully launched over 15 Proprietary Brands and secured five Licensed Brands. Caleb's dedication and expertise led him to assume the role of Chief People Officer in July 2021 and later took on the position of VP of Strategic Sourcing and Business Development in June 2022.
