Mr. Gandy is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Nevada (NV A.0205535-CR). With over 25 years of experience working in the real estate appraisal sector, he is keenly aware of the challenges that appraisers face and the limitations of current solutions. It was this understanding that led him to develop the concept of improving and automating paired sales analysis.
In addition to his duties with GandySoft, he still enjoys being an active residential appraiser. Prior to the formation of GandySoft and to current, Michael owns and operates Las Vegas Analytics, a premiere provider of residential real estate appraisals in the greater Las Vegas, Nevada area.
