With 36 years of relevant experience, Wayne is involved in creating authentic relationships with Indigenous Nations and supporting Indigenous business growth within the resource sector. They have held lead estimating roles in oil, gas, and wastewater projects, and have significant expertise in project scope development, procurement, and mentoring teams. Currently, Wayne is pursuing multiple degrees related to Indigenous relations and awareness, showcasing a commitment to continual learning and engagement.
