Johan Hallberg

Johan Hallberg is an experienced retail operations leader, currently serving as the Global Head of Retail Operations at GANT since March 2023. Prior to this role, Johan held various management positions at Åhléns AB, including Regional Manager and Store Director for the flagship store, from July 2020 to February 2023. Johan spent five years at MediaMarkt Sverige, first as VD and Store Managing Director, overseeing one of the largest electronics stores in the Nordic region, and also worked as an Administrative Manager and Manager. At Apple, Johan contributed to the launch of the first three retail stores in Scandinavia between May 2012 and July 2014. Early career experience includes managerial roles at MediaMarkt and Stadium, complemented by a high school diploma in social sciences from Borgarskolan and additional education from Umeå University.
