Dominic Freeman

Dominic Freeman is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure support and IT systems management. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Support Analyst at GAP Group Limited since March 2014, Dominic provides 2nd line IT support, focusing on software such as Microsoft Office and network infrastructure management. Prior to this role, Dominic worked as an IT Support Engineer at RM Education, where responsibilities included troubleshooting for approximately 600 schools, customer satisfaction strategies, and training junior engineers. Earlier experience includes serving as Mobile Engineer Team Leader at BT, managing technology systems across multiple sites and leading training initiatives. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Technology & Web Development from Glasgow Caledonian University and an HND in the same field from Langside College.
