Melisa started their career in 2011 at HP, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist handling global recruitment and onboarding. In 2015, they joined WeWork as a Senior Human Resources Manager, where they gained experience in managing HR operations. In 2019, they took on the role of Vice President of Recruiting Operations at Gaper, focusing on hiring remote software engineers.
