From 2008 to 2011, they were a Recruitment Team Lead at Q2 HR Solutions. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Human Resources Analyst II - Talent Acquisition at Global Payments. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Recruitment Cluster Lead at QBE Insurance. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Acting Recruitment Manager at American Express. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Brandify. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Global Recruitment Partner at a Confidential company. Currently, they are an HR - Operations Generalist at Gappify, Inc.

Chips Subang began their educational journey in 2002 when they enrolled in Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology in 2006. Prior to that, they attended La Salle Academy. In September 2022, they obtained a certification in HR Guidelines Everyone Should Know from LinkedIn.
