Gregory Suppes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gregory began their career as a U.S. Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy, serving as a Surface Warfare Officer aboard a Navy destroyer. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Regional Account Manager in Sales & Marketing for GapVax, Inc. Gregory then transitioned to Thackray Supply, Inc., where they held the position of Acting President - Principal, taking on full P&L responsibility for the wholesale distribution company and leading its turnaround and sale. Following this, they worked as the General Manager/Export Manager for Burleys Arena Ice Systems, managing the company's export program and overseeing projects in Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico. Gregory then moved on to JWF Defense Systems, where they held the role of Program Manager, responsible for managing programs related to tactical wheeled vehicles, armor upgrades, and radar systems. Currently, they serve as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra. Most recently, they assumed the position of Vice President of Operations at GapVax, Inc.

Gregory Suppes obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from Haverford College, from 1984 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended The Hill School in 1983-1984. Later on, Suppes pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Penn State University - Smeal College of Business, completing the program from 2004 to 2006.
