Ulrika Molander

Ulrika Molander is the COO at Greeniron H2 AB, a position held since 2022. They served as VP Manufacturing at Systemair AB from 2016 to 2022 and were the CEO of BDX Företagen AB from 2014 to 2015. With a diverse background in engineering and management, Ulrika has held various roles including Production Engineer at Strömma Sweden AB and Manufacturing Director at Sapa Profiler AB. They are currently a board member for Good Solutions and Nilar, and hold additional board responsibilities at Gapwaves AB and membership in the Fullmäktige of Mellansvenska Handelskammaren. Ulrika earned an engineering degree from the University of Borås and completed the AMP program in management at INSEAD in 2008.
