Mars Shah

Mars Shah is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including finance, technology, and consumer goods. Currently serving as the CEO of GarageCo, a leading provider of garage door services backed by Gridiron Capital, Mars also co-founded ConSol Limited, a B2B platform connecting underserved youth with global employers, and holds board memberships with The Zone, aimed at mental wellness for athletes. Previous roles include President of Driven Glass North America, where Mars oversaw significant sales growth and operational management, and CEO of Little Bundle, where Mars successfully led the company's turnaround and acquisition. Mars has also held strategic positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., RideKleen, and in corporate strategy at FS Investments, contributing to multiple successful exits and IPOs. Mars holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Columbia Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Drexel University.
