Isabelle Leclerc

Isabelle Leclerc is an experienced human resources professional with a significant background in strategic HR management. Currently serving as Vice-présidente, ressources humaines et communication and Corporate HR Director at Garant since June 2010, Isabelle implements human resources strategies across Canada, China, and Ireland to align with organizational objectives. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager at Prevost, where responsibilities encompassed HR management activities in Canada and the United States, and roles as Human Resources Generalist at Langlois Kronström Desjardins and Human Resources Manager at Métal Bernard. Isabelle holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Université Laval and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université Laval, alongside additional education from Babson College.
