Andrei Jerca is currently the Country Head for Romania at GARBE Industrial Real Estate GmbH, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Andrei served as Managing Director at ELI Parks from 2021 to 2024 and held various roles in real estate asset management and project management, including positions at CBRE Romania and NCH Advisors. Andrei earned a degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București, completed in 2005.
