Tim Welsh

James T. (Tim) Welsh has 40-plus years of experience in estimating, contract negotiation, administration, construction supervision, and field engineering. Tim has been active in construction since 1966 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. Tim is the chief executive officer of Garco Construction, a multi-faceted construction firm with an annual construction volume in excess of $200 million. He is also a strong community leader, focusing on local issues and projects.
