Lars Varberg

Lars Varberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lars began their career in 1990 at Telemark University College, where they worked as a System Support until 1992. Lars then joined the National Center for Educational Resources, serving as a Senior Executive Officer from 1992 to 1997, and later as the Head of Section from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, Lars moved on to Gard AS, where they held various positions, starting as a Senior Systems Engineer until 2006. Lars then assumed the role of Chief Systems Engineer until 2019. In the same company, they became the Change Manager from 2015 to 2019. Ultimately, they became the Vice President and Head of Security and Technology, a role they continue to hold.

Lars Varberg completed their university education from 1989 to 1992 at the University of South-Eastern Norway, majoring in Information Technology and Economics. Lars graduated with a degree in University college graduate.
