Garden World Group is a growing Malaysian property development group focused on transforming underutilised land into vibrant and sustainable communities.

Founded with the vision of creating meaningful developments, the group specialises in integrated township developments, residential communities, commercial hubs, and lifestyle-oriented projects.

From its early beginnings with developments of approximately RM20 million in Gross Development Value (GDV), Garden World Group has grown into a development platform with a project pipeline exceeding RM1.8 billion GDV.

Our development portfolio includes projects such as:

• Garden Bay City – Integrated township development
• Garden By The Sea – Coastal lifestyle development
• The Valley Resort City – Resort-inspired living concept
• Garden Square – Commercial lifestyle hub
• Garden World Bangsar – Urban development project in Kuala Lumpur

One of our flagship developments, Garden Bay City, represents the transformation of a 30-year abandoned former Petronas staff quarters site into a vibrant integrated township. The redevelopment involved overcoming complex challenges including existing TNB substations, sewage treatment facilities, and land matters, demonstrating our commitment to unlocking the true potential of land.

At Garden World Group, we believe property development is more than building structures — it is about creating communities where people can live, work, and thrive.

As we continue to expand, we welcome passionate professionals who share our vision of building innovative, sustainable, and impactful developments.
