Scott King

Scott King currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Gardner Company, a role that entails leadership and the development of a diverse engineering team focused on preventive maintenance and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Scott held positions at CBRE, first as Multi-Site Chief Commercial Facilities Management overseeing a 200,000 square foot agricultural campus, followed by Chief Engineer managing interactions with high-profile tenants at a Class A commercial facility. Scott began a career in facilities management at Cushman & Wakefield as an Engineer and later advanced to Assistant Chief Engineer at Newmark, where responsibilities included staff supervision and tenant relations.
