Mark Gardner

Mark Gardner has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the real estate and solar development industry. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Gardner Capital Specialty Group since March 2019. In addition, they are also the Founding Partner - Development Advisor at Essential Realty Partners since April 2021. Prior to these roles, Mark Gardner worked at Gardner Capital, Inc. where they held the positions of President and Owner. As the President of Gardner Capital, Inc., they specialized in solar development and provided assistance to third parties in financing solar projects. Mark has been involved with Gardner Capital, Inc. since October 1996.

Mark Gardner attended Truman State University, where they studied Political Science. Mark then went on to complete their JD degree in Law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law from 1974 to 1977.
