Gardner Stewart Architects (GSA) is an award winning architecture, masterplanning and urban design practice based in London. We have successfully delivered many benchmark projects across more than 4 decades, in all sectors including residential, mixed use, commercial, retail, conservation, regeneration and leisure.

We have been involved in projects throughout the UK – including London and the South East, Birmingham and the West Midlands, South Wales and the north of England – as well as internationally. Our work commonly informs emerging policy and we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of current thinking.

We are experienced in balancing the competing requirements of density, amenity, tenure integration, community involvement, heritage, mix of uses and commercial viability. These skills enable us to deliver designs which are socially, economically and environmentally sustainable.

GSA has a strong reputation for designing successful mixed-use masterplans and residentially led schemes, working closely with local authorities and communities.
