Fred Miller

Fred Miller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in health care law. Miller served as a Partner Director and Chair of the Health Care Law Group at Garfunkel Wild, P.C. from 1986 until retirement, following a partnership at Wood Lucksinger & Epstein, PC from 1983 to 1986, and an associate position at Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Roberts from 1976 to 1983. Additional experience includes serving as Counsel for the Health Planning Commission at the New York State Department of Health from 1979 to 1980. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, and two Master of Public Health degrees from UCLA, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Bernard Baruch College, City University of New York.
