Ray Mulry

Ray Mulry is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group at Garfunkel Wild, P.C., since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ray served as General Counsel at Health Care Navigator from November 2010 to January 2022, leading a legal team focused on management and consulting solutions for post-acute and long-term care providers. Ray's earlier experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel and VP of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs at Garfunkel Wild, P.C., and as an attorney at Morrison Cohen LLP, where Ray specialized in corporate representation, M&A transactions, and securities matters, with a focus on private equity investments. Ray holds a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Business from the University of Scranton.
