Jim Conlon

Jim Conlon has extensive experience in production supervision and operations management, with a career spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Production Supervisor at Garlock Sealing Technologies since July 2010, Jim previously held supervisory roles at Southco, Inc., where responsibilities included managing up to 80 employees across various manufacturing departments. Additionally, Jim gained experience as a Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor at Ultralife Batteries Inc., overseeing production areas and contributing to significant output increases. At Xerox, Jim advanced through various roles, culminating as Operations Manager, where management included over 120 union production staff in the manufacturing of inkjet print head assemblies and cartridge production. Jim's military background includes service as an Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist in the New York Air National Guard. Educational credentials include a degree in Management Science from SUNY Geneseo.
