Karl Geoca is a seasoned professional in business development and operational excellence with extensive experience in the telecommunications and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Business Development Manager at Garlock Family of Companies since March 2023, Karl previously held key leadership roles at Alstom as Director of Operational Excellence and Bids & Tenders Director from December 2014 to February 2023. At Harris RF Communications, Karl managed international programs, notably in Saudi Arabia and Australia, where substantial revenue growth and customer satisfaction were achieved. Earlier roles include Global Customer Quality Manager at RFMD, where Karl led quality initiatives and earned “Best in Class” accolades from major clients like Motorola and Nokia, as well as managerial positions at Tyco Electronics. Karl holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.

By the early 1900s, Mr. Garlock’s company began establishing facilities at Garlock's current world headquarters.
