Lee McCarter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of fluid sealing and industrial equipment. They served as a Sr. Rotating Equipment Seal Specialist at Garlock Sealing Technologies from 2012 until 2012, where they provided technical support, training, and solutions to customers in the Southeast and Southwest US. Prior to that, Lee held various roles in engineering and purchasing at Chicago Bridge & Iron from 1978 to 1990, and worked in outside sales at Valley Industrial Products from 1992 to 1997. Lee earned a degree in General Business from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and holds an Associate Applied Science degree in Drafting Technology from Lamar University.
