Ming-Hang Yang is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in materials engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Engineering Group Lead and Senior Materials Engineer at Garlock Family of Companies since July 2015, Ming-Hang manages a diverse team focused on new product development and technical problem-solving. Prior roles include a Materials Engineer overseeing composite gasketing products and a Graduate Assistant at The University of Akron, where activities involved instructing laboratory courses and conducting research under Dr. Gary R. Ming-Hang also held positions at ProMOS Technologies, where significant contributions included leading tri-layer integration projects and optimizing critical lithography processes for advanced memory nodes. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. candidate in Polymer Science, a Master's in Chemical Engineering, and ongoing professional studies in project management at Rochester Institute of Technology.
