Nancy Schrader is an experienced HR and benefits professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the HR/Benefits Project Lead at Garlock Sealing Technologies since September 1994, Nancy manages health and welfare benefits, wellness initiatives, and medical leave of absence management, with a focus on compliance. Prior to this role, Nancy worked as an Administrative Assistant in Human Resources for New York State OMRDD & DOT from April 1986 to September 1994, where responsibilities included recruitment, managing leave of absence disciplines, and providing support to the Director of HR. Nancy holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and an Associate's degree from SUNY @ Alfred.
