Scott Lengyel has extensive experience in digital transformation and industrial engineering, currently serving as the Sr. Digital Business Manager at Garlock Family of Companies since October 2005. In this role, Scott leads a team focused on evolving Garlock's customer-facing business through the implementation of a central product information management software and digitizing the product portfolio. Previously, Scott worked as a Senior Industrial Engineer and Project Manager at Pactiv, LLC from 1998 to 2005, where Scott oversaw significant capital projects across multiple facilities, including manufacturing expansions and automation initiatives. Scott holds an MBA in Operations Management, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
