Ali Alyas

Ali Alyas is an experienced Technical & Process Dev. Engineer currently working at Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mill B.S.C. (c) - GARMCO. Prior to this role, Ali served as a Technical Training Specialist at ASRY and as the Head of Learning and Talent Development at GARMCO. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Bahrain Polytechnic, Ali also has experience as a mechanic at Al Nuzha garage. Throughout their career, Ali has been involved in training management, organizational development, career planning, and technical training design and delivery.
