Brad Calhoun

Brad Calhoun has extensive experience in software development and engineering, currently serving as the Software DevOps Team Lead at Garmin since May 2012. In this role, Brad facilitates high-performance teams through automation and process standardization, specifically focusing on safety-critical embedded avionics software systems. Previously, Brad held positions including Software Engineer Team Leader and Software Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams, automating deployment processes, and developing embedded software for flight systems. Brad's earlier experience includes working as a Visiting Scientist at Pfizer, a Software Developer at Washington University School of Medicine, and a Research Assistant at the University of Missouri, complemented by freelance web design and development work. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
