Prior to this role, Chad held positions as Supervisor of Aviation Marketing - Order Administration at Garmin and worked at Atlantic Southeast Airlines from 2002 to 2007 as Regional Manager and Station Manager. Chad's military background includes serving as a Captain (Ret) and Force Support Officer in the Air National Guard from 1997 to 2014, and as a Non-Commissioned Officer focused on airframe mechanics and administrative support in the United States Marine Corps from 1992 to 1996. Chad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management from Oklahoma State University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
