Eugene Kheyfets

Eugene Kheyfets is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Garmin since August 2012, Eugene Kheyfets is responsible for leading product strategy, systems, and architecture within the AutoOEM division. Previously, Eugene Kheyfets held several key positions at Honeywell FM&T from February 2001 to August 2012, including Technical Manager, where oversight was given to a staff of Ph.D. engineers, and Lab Manager for environmental and non-destructive labs. Eugene Kheyfets has a robust background in test equipment engineering, having developed a multi-million dollar automated test system, and has successfully managed product and process engineering roles for advanced detection equipment. Eugene Kheyfets holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from The University of Kansas.
